Welcome to the website of  ‘ICT in a different culture’ 2012

‘ICT in a different culture’ is a course at the Radboud University Nijmegen and belongs to the MSc programmes of Information Science and Computing Science.

The course is an international broadening course to explore levels, practice and opportunities and threats for Information and Communication Technology in a non-western context. Each year, some specific context is chosen, referred to as the country of interest. This context is further refined by specific research projects. In 2012 the course involved a 10-day visit to Natal (Brasil) in February 2012. More information on this visit, and the course in general, can be found on the Study Trip page.

On Friday April 27th 2012, the results of all research projects will be presented during a seminar. The seminar starts at 13:00 and will finish with concluding drinks at approximately 17:30. The location of the seminar is:
