This is our first day in Indonesia. In the morning, we just spent our time for relaxing, getting more to rest and of course breakfast with Nasi Goreng and Kwetiaw which are very new for our mouth. After having breakfast, we walked around just to see how University of Indonesia’s environment is. Do you know what we have found? yes, we met some young Indonesian, around 15-17 years old, playing with Python. Then we took the change to join them playing with the snake.

At 12.45 we left our housing for enjoying Depok, lunch and looking for some stuffs in Margocity Mall.

We then continued our trip to visit Kota Tua Jakarta, especially Batavia Cafe. After that we head to Grand Indonesia for dinner before heading back to our guest house.

Düsseldorf Airport

We are ready to go…

Before heading to Düsseldorf Airport we were gathering in front of Mercure Hotel, Nijmegen at 5 PM. After 15 minutes, we then left Nijmegen and arrived in the airport at 7 PM.

We departed from Düsseldorf Airport at 21.25 PM, Friday 1 May 2015 with Emirates (EK 058), and then arrived in Dubai at 05.50 AM, Saturday 2 May 2015. In Dubai airport we enjoyed the transit time by walking around the airport, looking for foods and drinks. Furthermore, we continued our flight to Jakarta by departing at 11.15 AM with EK 258, and arrived in Jakarta at 22.00 WIB. From Soekarno Hatta International Airport, we headed to the Wisma B Pusat Studi Jepang Kampus UI Depok, as our home for one week.

Visit Deloitte Amsterdam

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, commonly referred to as Deloitte, knows as one of the Big Four professional services firms along with PwC, EY, and KPMG. It is the brand under which tens of thousands of dedicated professionals in independent firms throughout the world collaborate to provide audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk management, tax, and related services to select clients with more than 200,000 professionals in over 150 countries.. Its global headquarters are located in the United States.

Our first field trip is to visit Deloitte located at Gustav Mahlerlaan 2970, 1081 LA Amsterdam, Netherlands. It was done on Tuesday, 24th March 2015. In this trip, we were given a workshop consisting of introduction of Deloitte and a study case to discuss in group. The topic was IT Strategy Case: Operational effectiveness and Innovation. The visit was done very well.
